We kindly ask you to respect the accommodation as if it were your own and to take good care of it. IMPORTANT RULES Parties and/or gatherings are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The host reserves the right to apply additional fees (minimum €100) in case of excessive dirt, breakage, or damage. These fees cover time spent, staff intervention, and laundry if needed, and will be requested through the Airbnb platform. 🔑 Access A photo of the location will be available in the welcome booklet at 4 PM on the day of arrival. The code will be sent separately by message. Please ensure you are reachable by phone. 🕑 Arrival Self check‑in between 4 PM and 10 PM (please inform us in case of delay). 👩‍💼 Assistance Fatou (The One Luxury Services) remains available remotely should you need assistance. 📞 Important Please notify us in case of delay and remain reachable on the day of your arrival. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees (early check‑in or late check‑out, baby chair, baby bed…). 🗝️ Keys Handed over at check‑in. In case of loss, theft, or keys left inside preventing access, fees will apply: Minimum €100 for key and Vigik badge copies €200 if a locksmith must intervene to open the door €30 if the host must come to open for you HOUSEHOLD LINEN Bed linen 1 large and 1 small towel per person 2 bath mats 1 dish towel STARTER CONSUMABLES (for the day of arrival) 2 toilet paper rolls Shower gel 1 coffee capsule per person Basic cleaning products Guests must purchase their own supplies for the rest of their stay. GOOD TO KNOW Although there is an elevator, a few steps must be climbed before reaching it. It is strictly forbidden to drag suitcases on the stairs of the common areas or inside the apartment, out of respect for the building and its residents. It is strictly forbidden to move furniture, use the sofa for sleeping, or bring sand into the accommodation (especially to preserve the shower drains). 🧼 Cleanliness & Inspection The host reserves the right to charge a minimum of €100 in case of: Excessive dirt Damaged furniture or equipment Heavily stained or improperly used linen These fees may include: Deep cleaning Staff intervention Replacement or repair of damaged items ➡️ A payment request may be issued through the platform or via a formal procedure if necessary.
